STATE OF THE ART MANUFACURING TECHNOLOGIES – TOP OF THE RANGE FASTENERS.

Multi-stage pressing makes the manufacture of complex precision parts up to 240mm in length and with a diameter of 90mm possible. Our in-house tool shop develops and optimises the forming process down to the last detail of the separate stages. In our machining department we manufacture turned and milled parts for prototype construction as well as customer specific solutions.

Pressing and Turning

Starting from an annual production quantity of about 100,000 pieces, cold forging becomes an economical alternative to turning.

Cold Forming Process

The Flaig + Hommel cold-forming process reduces costs by often more than 25% compared to traditional production methods.

In our machining department we are prepared to handle of all types of steel, stainless steel, special purpose steel as well as non-ferrous metals.
