Flaig + Hommel is extremely innovative in the cold-forging and lock-nut sector and owns several patents. 

Through simultaneous engineering SE, we manufacture prototypes according to our customers' blueprints using the finite elements method and Pro Engineer. Those prototypes will then be developed into cold forgeable components while always keeping the customers' requirements in mind.  

First tests of the tools manufactured in our own tool shop are being carried out on tryout presses so that modifications and improvements of the tools can be carried out as necessary.  

We continuously carry out trials with a variety of materials (steel, aluminium, non-ferrous metals, etc.) and strive to improve tool life.
